DISH Network has an employment opportunity for individuals with energy, intellect, and the need to achieve as an Account Manager. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Ensures the execution of company standards as they relate to the sales department. Including but not limited to, customer/consumer satisfaction, recruiting and training of sales personnel. Manages sales activities of organization by performing the following duties:
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of DISH Network products and the video delivery industry from continued education, training, and self-education.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all policies, promotions and procedures. This includes items such as: current promotions, retailer commissions, Co-op program, warranty & service, Programming and installation.
- Comprehensive understanding of all features and functions for products sold by Echosphere.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Retailer Care Site features and functions. The ability to demonstrate and communicate care site features.
- Review in detail, all Corporate and Regional documentation. Be fully accountable for the information contained within all Facts Blast, Press Releases, and e-mails.
- Through a solid business relationship, assist retailers to meet and exceed activation and retention goals thru goal setting.
- Create formalized business and marketing plans for assigned retailers
- Collect competitive and market information and provide to sales management.
- Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
- On-going sales and training efforts with the retailer base to reduce overall DISH consumer churn.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
- Focus on identifying and on-boarding potential retailers within an assigned geographical area.
- Meets with key clients, assist retailers sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 3+ years related experience, 1-2 years outbound sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
