About the Business Line Water We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design-build.
Job Description

Provides administrative support for a large construction project in project field office near Devil s Lake, North Dakota. Skills desired include phone receptionist, coordination of shop drawing submittals and logs, help organize weekly progress meetings with the contractors, prepare meeting minutes, assist in processing contractor pay requests, handle mail, monitor correspondence and maintain project files. Assists the Contract Manger, field engineers, and field personnel in the coordination of project activities such as project schedules, may interact with subcontractors on general questions or inquiries, log, distribute and file field inspector reports for the project and help prepare project status monthly reports, maintain databases, and document control. May interact with regulatory agencies and/or subcontractors to exchange information. This position is intended to be needed from Early September 2011 until June 2012.
