Jobing Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Meet with each Steering Team, as necessary, to keep the focus on continuous improvement of the B-BEST process
2. Assist Steering Teams, as requested, in the development of Process Improvement Plans
3. Schedule, provide and/or conduct training as follows:
A. B-BEST Process Overview training B. Observation training
C. Quality training D. Process Improvement Plan training
E. RinCon Data Entry training F. Conferences and seminars
4. Facilitate periodic meetings of all Steering Teams in order to share best practices and maintain standardization of Data Sheets and CBI Definitions
5. Provide to EH&S the RinCon reports in order to identify % Safe, % At-risk and companywide trends
6. Provide to EH&S data analysis results for Management, Supervisors, Steering Teams, Observers or others where appropriate
7. Work with Management to resolve Steering Team barriers, issues, and concerns
8. Facilitate meetings between all Steering Teams when modifications or updates to CBI Data Sheets and Definitions are necessary
9. Assist Steering Teams in establishing Target Observations based on the coverage recommended by BST
10. Update and maintain tracking sheets to ensure coverage amongst all employees
11. Be a focal point or liaison between the Steering Teams and Management s Representative
12. Ensure that Safety and the B-BEST process are viewed equally in importance as production
