POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary focus of this role is to oversee clinical conduct and monitor compliance of ongoing studies as well as to provide clinical research support for the preparation and data management of all clinical trials.

JOB INTERACTIONS AND INTERFACE:
This position interacts with the internal staff in all departments throughout Cetero Research, Principal and Sub-Investigators, executive management, sponsors, vendors, ethics review boards, and study subjects.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Actively participates and assists in all team study activities and conduct with a willingness to learn.
?Assist with dosing, sampling, sample processing, associated paperwork, and study unit clean up.
?Assist with preparing and maintaining study binders to insure content, organization, and timeliness.
?Per direction from project leader, prepare study documents, including study binder, protocol review.
?Ability to identify and define problems in a timely manner and understand the potential impact of problems.
?Sufficient knowledge and awareness to notify a senior staff member when problem is beyond the individual?s ability to resolve the problem.
?Complete training rotations as appropriate, along with associated SOPs.
?Assumes accountability for study conduct activities performed.
?Work with the Quality Assurance group in the development/revision and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures as required.
?Ensure compliance with appropriate Cetero SOP?s, GCP and ICH guidelines.
?Participate in training sessions.
?Work in a safe manner that does not endanger yourself or co-workers.
?Strive to consistently uphold Cetero?s core values.
?Execute other duties as may be required by the reporting manager and other members of Cetero Research Management team as training and experience allow.

RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE BY JOB LEVEL:
?0 to 1 years of experience in a clinical research or health care environment preferred.
?Good conflict management skills.
?Handles tasks under direction and with guidance.
?Displays ability to problem solve and present solutions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
?High School diploma or equivalent. Prefer a Bachelor degree, with a minimum of two years of college, university, or technical school education in life science or relevant scientific discipline.
?Possess good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
?Good organizational skills. Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
?Strong verbal and written communication skills.
?Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
