POSITION SUMMARY
Assists in development and evaluation of organization s internal and external publications or other literature; assists in development and implementation of advertising communications to meet organization s objectives; participates in various community relations activities to improve and maintain a positive organizational relationship within community. All the job standards and skills included within this general description will be performed and documented according to established policies, procedures and guidelines within the Marketing and Community Relations Department and Trinity Hospital.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Licenses and Certifications Required
o None
Educational Requirements
o High School or equivalent diploma minimum; prefer Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field of study.
Experience Requirements
o On-the-job-training provided under mentorship / probationary period. Project management experience demonstrating ability to handle multiple tasks under time
Special Skills or Training Requirements
o Computer skills essential with variety of software tools including word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics presentation packages. Keyboarding skills to accomplish fast-paced, professional communications.
