Job Description
Work with customers, sales, distribution, cooler warehouse, administration and other plants to effectively and efficiently process and schedule orders to ensure the customer s complete satisfaction. Receive calls and faxes and input information into computer system. Call customers and take their orders. This includes a variety of responsibilities and projects as part of the customer service and broader Administration team. Gain industry knowledge and the ability to support other areas. Duties include communicating cross functionally and meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
Job Requirements
* Minimum one year of experience in customer service call center
* Responsible for timely input and pulling of EDI orders, corrections and billing
* Excellent 10-key typing skills
* Keeping up current order guides and supplying them to customers monthly
* HS diploma or equivalent, additional education preferred
* Basic arithmetic skills
* Must be able to input data into a computer system from telephone calls and written material
* Must be able to multi-task effectively and work alone on Wednesday's
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organization skills
* Excellent public relations skills
* Comfort in fast-paced environment where change is frequent
* Must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check
* Work required on most holidays
* Work schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with exception on Wednesday which will be 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
