Job Details: Responsible to receive and answer calls, walk-ins and explain balances, access electronic payer systems to verify third party eligibility and coverage, calculate employee discounts, manage payroll deduction program, work with collection agencies, work mail and returned mail, and perform clerical duties. 1-2 year third party billing / collection experience. 3 months prior collection experience.
