We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our Human Resources team as the HR Manager in our Grand Forks, ND Customer Service location.

The HR Manager has three critical deliverables:

* Build big leaders who care about customers, about their people, about results.
* Obsess on improving and simplifying things processes, tools, communication, and measures never good enough.

Of course the HR Manager is responsible for all areas of HR for this client group recruiting (high volume), associate relations, training, performance management, org development, compensation and communications. The HR Manager will also be an active member of the global Customer Service HR network, driving and supporting cross-group initiatives with team members in the U.S., Costa Rica, India, and South Africa. HR Business Partners and HR Assistants in Grand Forks report directly to the HR Manager.

* Proven effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence in all directions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to develop and earn the trust of others.
* Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and willingness to be vocally self-critical.
* Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors.
* Skilled at developing and executing high volume staffing strategies for peak, seasonal needs.
* Experience in project management and/or Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.
* Ambitious. Wants to join an Operations team as an HR Manager and grow with the company, whether that is to a role in Corporate HR or into Regional Operations HR leadership.

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor s Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field
* 7+ years of experience in HR leadership role
* Experience with MS Office Suite
* Able to travel, as appropriate
* Experience in the development and administration of HR compensation plans
* Experience managing performance
* Experience with assessing talent
* Knowledge of employment laws
