POSITION SUMMARY:

This position directs and coordinates support to operations and maintenance for new onshore production facilities in the Tioga Area. The position will lead efforts to achieve the Base Operations Facility group goals through the application of clear objectives, integrity, communication, and safe work practices. This position is rotational with a 14 day on / 14 day off schedule.

ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Reports directly to Base Operations Facilities Superintendent.
* Provides leadership on health, environmental and safety issues.
* Participate in emergency response activities as required.
* Participate in HazOp reviews as required.
* Assumes responsibilities of area Maintenance Supervisor when necessary.
* Coordinates daily job duties for facilities/project personnel
* Assists and advises maintenance personnel as needed.
* Understands and supports the strategic objectives of the business.
* Understands and clearly communicates corporate policies.
* Collaborates with other functional groups, including Operations, Bakken Project Team, Workover Rigs, Engineering, and EHS.

Qualifications

SKILLS / COMPENTENCIES:

* Excellent communication skills
* Working knowledge of field maintenance/operations processes
* Ability to manage multiple activities
* Scheduling and Planning
* Strong technical and leadership skills
* Strong computer skills, including Hess applications.
* Willing to accept responsibility and accountability with a positive attitude. .
* Knowledge of safety/environmental with a positive attitude.
* Exhibit flexibility and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Should be decisive and work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences, changes, and delays.
* Highly motivated and self starter

EXPERIENCE:

* 10 Years experience in oil and gas industry.
* Hands on experience in maintenance/construction operations.
