ASSISTANT MANAGER

SUMMARY
The Assistant Manager leads the sales floor by exhibiting consistency in sales
knowledge and training to achieve store sales goals. The incumbent is also
responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store and progressing
through the company training program in preparation for a Store Manager
position.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management and one to three
years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry and supervisory
experience. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are
required.

MANAGER TRAINEE

SUMMARY
The Manager Trainee will work to gain proficiency with sales techniques through
training to achieve store sales goals. The incumbent will also learn store
procedures while developing leadership potential in preparation for an Assistant
Manager position.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management and one to three
years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry. Strong selling skills and
superior communication skills are required.
