POSITION SUMMARY:
Administer leadership of Cetero?s core values in supervision and support to the recruiting staff, monitoring current studies for accuracy and enrollment progress, and serving as a resource to other departments.

JOB INTERACTIONS AND INTERFACE:
This position interacts with internal staff in all departments throughout Cetero including Executive Management, Principal and Sub-Investigators, and study participants, as well as outside resources as required for study needs and/or information.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Identifies, develops and maintains specific procedures, requirements, timelines, priorities and tools needed to accomplish the recruitment process.
?Performs departmental personnel duties (training, scheduling, tasks, and assignments).
?Provides communication and support to other departments and/or Project Support Teams as required. Also provides support after hours and off site regarding questions or concerns and troubleshoot issues for the recruiting staff working evenings or weekends.
?Handles participants who have questions or concerns.
?Reviews study enrollment for accuracy and monitors study progress.
?Accurately verifies and updates subject?s electronic files in data base.
?Monitors calls for quality and accuracy.
?Support the Quality Assurance group in the development/revision and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures as required.
?Ensure compliance with appropriate Cetero SOPs GCP and ICH guidelines.
?Ensure personal resume (CV) is updated annually as required.
?Participate in training and development.
?Work in a safe manner that does not endanger yourself or co-workers.
?Strive to consistently uphold Cetero?s core values.
?Execute other duties as may be required by direct supervisor and other members of Cetero Research Management team as training and experience allow.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
?High school diploma.
?3+ years experience in customer service or 1 year previous management experience.
?Knowledge of medical terminology.
?Ability to multi task, plan, and organize.
?Excellent communication skills.
?Extensive knowledge of recruiting practices and procedures.
?Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
?Ability to interact with people on various levels.
?Decisive with good decision skills.
?Experience with Mircosoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
?Ability to articulate both written and orally.
