Market Development Manager- Power Industry Description: Ulteig is seeking qualified candidates for the position Market Development Manager - Power Industry. The location for this position is negotiable. The Market Development Manager (MDM) of the Power Industry provides business development and client account management leadership for Ulteig's Power Market. Along with the market development team, this position will be the face of Ulteig in the industry, working to understand client needs and deliver solutions that uniquely meet those needs. As an MDM, you will focus on leading our market development teams consisting of professionals from multiple operations and corporate business units, including business development support staff and account managers, developing strong strategic client relationships, and pursuing strategic opportunities. The MDM of the Power Industry is a self-starting professional engineer with demonstrated experience in sales leadership and consulting/utility engineering.

Bachelor's degree in engineering- electrical, structural or related discipline, Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales/business development, client management, and engineering in the power market. Registered professional engineer strongly preferred. Strong reputation in the power market, and solid working relationships with clients. Proven experience working with clients and business development teams to scope and sell opportunities. Strong business skills for consulting engineering and client service. Demonstrated industry commitment through association participation and thought leadership activities.
