Responsibilities
As an individual contributor on multiple projects, you will be responsible for the design and trouble shooting aspects of novel problems rendering solid solutions and managing these projects from initial concept to final solutions. As Engineer you will provide highly sophisticated and clear solutions on projects to help develop manufacturing processes associated with business plans. Duties will include developing project plans that support customer and oversee the implementation in a manner that maximizes the increasing skills for our project plan. Utilizing ProEngineer you will create design solutions based on customer requirements and develop production drawings to use for manufacturing and inspection. Assist in the training of customer utilizing good manufacturing and quality design systems.

We seek an individual contributor who can think on their feet and resolve complex problems associated with the client needs and provide leadership to junior engineers on said projects and programs.

Qualifications
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Physics or Engineering Physics is required; a Masters Degree is preferred, but not required. We required 5 years experience using ProE and 8 plus years experience in performing complex mechanical systems design and analysis; DOD experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required and the ability to use MS Office products of Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Project Management is a plus.
