This entry level position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to efficiently process and perform tasks in the following areas: filing, retrieving, routing, and scanning records, answering telephones using proper etiquette, and dissemination of information according to protocols. Confidentiality in all aspects of the position is a must. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior medical office experience and medical terminology knowledge are preferred.
