Description The primary duties of the Senior Project Manager include planning, directing and monitoring aspects of the Oil and Gas group in North Dakota. Establishes client relations and is involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.

Will also include planning, directing and monitoring all aspects of large multi-discipline projects or medium sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staff. Is involved with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently. Establishes client relations and is involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. Conducts design development and contract document work sessions at the project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplines. Is responsible to coordinate the staffing and workload of the staff through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule. Works with Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and the Department Manager for project reviews. Responsible for implementing QA/QC procedures. Responsible for execution of training for personnel as established by strategic plans. Typically supervises large project staffs and acts as mentor for less experienced Project Managers.

Requirements B.S. degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
10+ years of project management experience.
Known entity in the North Dakota Oil and Gas industry.
Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication both written and verbal skills.
