Case New Holland, a world leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of broad ranging construction and agricultural equipment, has an opening for a Project Engineer. The successful candidate will generate and develop new product ideas, concepts, and validate product performance criteria consistent with Division objectives. Additionally, they will act as a project leader to coordinate technical and practical analysis to minimize design costs and to meet product release timing.
* Creates DVP (Design Validation Plans) from DFMEA s
* Manages DVP
* Guides Lab Supervisor in establishing test priorities
* Determines test machine and test components needs
* Facilitates and manages DMU activities
* Attends pre-test meetings, test priority meetings, current product meetings, etc
* Prepares and presents slides for upper management progress reviews
* Tracks PIR (Problem Incident Report) status
* Assists in PV budgeting
* Determines resource needs to support programs
Requirements
* BS Degree in Mechanical or AG Engineering
* 6 or more years of professional experience in product design or testing
* Experience in a leadership role
* Experience in a cross functional environment
* Experience developing and implementing product test or evaluation planning
* Advanced use of MS Office Suite
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to travel as needed
Assets:
* Experience with construction or AG equipment
* Understanding of design and test processes
