Position Description

IT Business Relationship Specialist

Location:

Weybridge

To assist the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) in building and maintaining a true partnership between IT and the Business functions they support, by working as a liaison amongst stakeholders to understand the business structure, policies and procedures to deliver technology services aligned to the strategic direction of the function. Another key tenet to the role is to oversee and support the Change Management for major global IT programs.

Major/Key Accountabilities:
• Driving adoption programs around Microsoft Office 365 based collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Yammer, Teams, Planner)
• Working within a structured project lifecycle environment from roadmap planning, through project intake and into project delivery
• Leading application based, agile projects including ownership of requirements, planning, budgeting, resourcing and project completion
• Operating as a Scrum Master and leveraging Scrum methodology including Product Backlog, Story Refinement and Scoring, Sprint Planning, Sprinting, Daily Stand-ups, Review and Retrospectives
• Coordinating and managing application testing through FIT, QA and UAT
• Change management strategy, planning and execution (using ADKAR methodology) including - stakeholder engagement; change assessments; change strategy creation and execution; stakeholder, coaching, communications, training and resistance planning and execution

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Essential:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related IT field.
• 3+ years’ IT Business Relationship Specialist experience at global level working with all levels of an organisation - Factory to Senior Executive
• 3+ years’ experience delivering end user training around SharePoint, Skype For Business, Teams and OneDrive for business.
• 3+ years’ experience working with an IT Project Management Office leveraging Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Certified ScrumMaster
• 3+ years’ experience leading and co-ordinating global application steering committees.
• Experience owning and running the testing cycles related to software and application development; HP ALM
• Experience working with enterprise call centre technologies; CISCO and Genesys/ININ based.
• Experience working with the Office 365 Reports through the Admin Portal and producing monthly adoption and usage reports.
• Experience at leveraging ADKAR Change Management methodology to minimise business disruption during rollouts with end user impacts.
• Proficient in the use of Collaboration Technologies including Office 365 Applications – SharePoint, Teams, Skype for Business, including Enterprise Voice & Conferencing, OneDrive for Business; Cisco WebEx
• Conversant with current collaboration technologies and trends; VOIP, File Sharing, Audio & Video calling, Document Co-authoring.
• Experience aligning strategic information technology goals at group level

Desirable:
• Change Management Training using ADKAR methodology
