Job Description:

  • Ensure effective execution of the global marketing plan in Europe by managing all marketing and communication efforts in Europe in coordination with the global CMO and European Partner group – e.g. run European events, support campaigns
  • Closely collaborate with the US marketing team to maintain a one-Vivaldi voice and share responsibilities on integrated efforts, such as our digital and social presence
  • Oversee the quality of the German speaking portion of the website and oversee search-engine optimization efforts for the German-language website
  • Distribute Vivaldi thought leadership and points of view via targeted PR, conferences, webinars, web content, social media, blogs, etc., with a focus on quality, innovation and a high ROI – in partnership with an outside PR agency
  • Develop impactful German and English-language content and presentation material (cases etc.) for use on the web, in marketing and in client acquisition efforts
  • Maintain European client database and support reactivation campaigns of past European clients to build and deepen past relationships
  • Promote a culture of marketing, business development and social selling and become a company advocate for innovative marketing efforts in a “learning” organization

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong business, communications, project management, and operational skills
  • Demonstrates leadership in an organization experiencing growth and business transformation
  • Self-starter with a pioneering spirit; resourceful and able to take ownership quickly and reliably
  • Problem-solver with strong client/executive relationship management abilities
  • Team player, fun to work with and possesses a sincere interest in strategy, marketing and brands
  • Comfortable with innovation and change: we pride ourselves on creating new content and on working with clients that are cutting edge and thus require new thinking
  • Interested in working at a fast-paced, intellectually challenging, growing company

Job Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree from a leading university in appropriate area of study
  • 5-8 years of experience in events, marketing, social and digital or public relations in a marketing/digital department of a mid-sized organization, ideally a professional service/consulting firm
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO with computer skills in MS Office and Google Suite products, MAC operating systems and Internet research tools
  • Ability to speak and write German and English fluently, with experience working on a global marketing team a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Located in Munich or Dusseldorf
